To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information (“PII”) may be requested.

By using our Website, you are accepting the terms of this privacy notice and our Terms of Service, and you are consenting to our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of your information as described below.

This privacy notice does not apply to third-party websites and mobile applications that may link to the Website or be linked to on the Website. The information we collect

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Website. The types of PII we collect are: name, address, email address, phone number, and precise location. We collect information about your use of our Website, such as the pages you view and other interactions you have. Our Websites use “cookies” and other tracking technologies to enable us to enhance or personalize your online browsing experience. This information includes computer and connection information such as statistics on your page views.

When you interact with us or our Website on a social media platform, we may collect the PII that you make available to us on that page, including your account ID or username and information included in your posts.

The way we use and share information

We use non-PII (information that does not identify you, such as aggregate information or device identifiers) to improve your experience on our Website, improve our products, and to advertise. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

We use PII to:

  • • Fulfill your requests for information, including our Store Locator tool;

  • • Send you newsletters or other materials;

  • • Communicate with you if you choose to submit your contact information to us, including when you submit your contact information as part of a job application through our partner website;

  • • Detect, investigate, and prevent activities that may violate our policies or be fraudulent or illegal;

  • • Perform statistical, demographic, and marketing analyses of users of the Website and their usage patterns.

We may share information with third parties as described below.

Generally: We do not share email addresses you submit to us with outside parties. We do not share your PII with outside parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Location Information: We share the address information you enter on our Store Locator page with a third-party service provider who uses that information to generate the map and listing of nearby stores. When you use our Website, including on mobile devices, we or our third-party service provider may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. Location information allows us to provide you with our store locator function. We will only collect precise geolocation information with your consent; however, the store location service may not function properly without this information.

Sale, Assignment, or Change of Control: We may change our ownership or corporate organization while providing the Website.  We may transfer to another entity or its affiliates or service providers some or all information about you in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets or any line of business, change in ownership control, or financing transaction. Under such circumstances, we will request the acquiring party to follow the practices described in this privacy notice with respect to previously collected information. Nevertheless, we cannot promise that an acquiring party or the merged entity will have the same privacy practices or treat your information the same as described in this privacy notice.

Law Enforcement, Legal Process, and Emergency Situations: We may also use or disclose your PII if required to do so by law or on the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to applicable law or comply with legal process served on us or our Website; (b) protect and defend our rights or property, the Website or our users, or (c) act to protect the personal safety of us, users of the Website, or the public.

We do not intend to use or share PII we collect on the Website in ways unrelated to the ones described above, but if we were to do so, we would provide you an opportunity to opt-in to such unrelated uses.

If you would like us to modify or delete the PII we have collected about you, please contact us at info@stoysichonline.com. You will not be permitted to examine, modify, or delete the PII of any other person or entity. In order to verify your identity, you may be required to provide us with PII prior to accessing any records containing information about you.  We may not accommodate a request to change or delete PII if we believe doing so would violate any law or legal requirement, or cause the information to be incorrect.
