Heating Stoysich Smoked Sausage is a breeze since it's already fully cooked! Here are some easy methods to warm it up: **Stovetop:** 1. Add a little oil to a pan and fry over medium-high heat until the outside is a deep golden brown. 2. Add a small amount of water to the skillet and simmer until heated through. 3. Since we are dealing with weight in these calculations you don’t really need to know the number of sausages in a pound. Just take the number of people you are serving and multiply it by .25.

Example: I'm serving 10 adults. Multiply: 10 x .25 = 2.5 pounds.

There are Four Sausages to a pound so in this example, you would be ordering 10 sausages. Now, that means everyone is guaranteed one sausage.
