About the Recipe

This side dish provides a refreshing contrast to smoky, grilled meats, making it a perfect choice for your Labor Day Celebration.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed

  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. – Cube the watermelon into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.

  2. Add the Other Ingredients – Toss in the feta, red onion, and chopped mint leaves.

  3. Drizzle with Dressing – Lightly drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.

  4. Season and Serve – Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to enhance the flavors. Serve chilled.
