About the Recipe
This side dish provides a refreshing contrast to smoky, grilled meats, making it a perfect choice for your Labor Day Celebration.

Ingredients
4 cups watermelon, cubed
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 tbsp balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
– Cube the watermelon into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
Add the Other Ingredients – Toss in the feta, red onion, and chopped mint leaves.
Drizzle with Dressing – Lightly drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
Season and Serve – Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to enhance the flavors. Serve chilled.
