Bite Size Sausage Appetizers, Super Easy and Fun for All!
Ingredients
1 Pound (or more) Any Stoysich Fresh Sausage Such as Breakfast Pork, Italian, German, etc.
Frozen Puff Pastry Dough
Preparation
If using a fresh sausage, remove from casing.
Form fresh sausage into small patties and fry on medium in skillet until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
Roll out 1 puff pastry sheet into a 10-inch square; cut into 1/4-inch strips.
Wrap a few strips around each of the fully cooked sausage patties. Bake at 400 degrees F until golden, about 15 minutes.
Dot with ketchup to make eyes.
