About the Recipe
A recipe for fruit salad? Yes! This simple honey-citrus dressing takes fresh fruits to a tangy, fresh level.

Ingredients
You can completely customize this recipe based on your fruit preferences.
1 lb. Strawberries, Hulled and Quartered
6 oz Blueberries.
6 oz. Raspberries
3 Kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 Orange, peeled and wedges cut in half
2 Apples, peeled and chopped in bite size pieces
1 Mango, peeled and chopped in bite size pieces
2 c. Grapes, cut in half
Can also add blackberries, cherries, pineapple, and banana. If adding banana, add to the fruit salad just before serving.
For the Dressing:
1/4 c. Honey
1/4 c. Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
Zest of 1 lemon
Preparation
In a small bowl whisk together honey, orange juice, and lemon zest. Add chopped fruit to a large bowl and pour over dressing, tossing gently to combine. Chill until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes: Keep it fresh. For maximum freshness, hold off on the dressing until it’s time to serve. If you’re concerned about your apples browning too much, toss with a tablespoon of lemon juice and layer under the rest of the fruit at the bottom of the bowl.
Prep the fruit no more than 4 hours in advance—any longer and you’ll start to see the cut fruit shrivel and oxidize.
Hold off on preparing the dressing and keep your cut fruit well-covered and refrigerated until it’s time to serve. Dress with the dressing about 10 minutes before serving!
