This beauteous bagel board is perfect for Mother’s DayBrunch!

Ingredients

  • Please Note: Exact quantities and ingredients are very flexible with this Bagel Board. Can add fruits, veggies, cheeses, meats, etc.

  • Bagel Assortment

  • Cream Cheese - plain or infused with herbs -

  • For The Classic Bagel with Salmon:

  • Stoysich Smoked Salmon or Lox (cold smoked salmon)

  • Capers

  • 1 red onion (sliced)

  • 1 English cucumber (sliced)

  • 1 red onion (sliced)

  • Vine tomatoes (sliced)

  • Optional Additions to the Bagel Board:

  • Stoysich Ham or Smoked Turkey Breast (sliced)

  • Stoysich Bacon and Breakfast Sausage Patties

  • Gourmet cheese assortment (sliced)

  • Deluxe mixed nuts

  • Fresh dill

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs (halved)

  • Whipped butter

  • Fruit Preserves - strawberry, raspberry, etc.

  • Grapes, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, orange and lemon slices, etc.

  • Radishes, thinly sliced

  • Avacado Slices

  1. Make this a self serve Bagel Bar - Set up your display near an electrical outlet for the Toaster.

  2. Assemble your ingredients on the Bagle Board or Tray

  3. FOR THE CLASSIC: When it’s time to assemble your bagel, pile it high with a schmear of cream cheese, Smoked Salmon or Lox, your favorite vegetables (like sliced cucumbers, onions, or tomatoes), capers, fresh dill.
