About the Recipe

Stoysich Ham or Corn Beef or whatever you like, cream cheese and olives


  • Any Stoysich Lunch Meat - ham, corn beef, pastrami, etc., sliced thin

  • Softened Cream Cheese (season if desired)

  • Green Olives with Pimento


Step 1

Use a melon baller to portion out cream cheese

Step 2

Slice Olive in half and center on cream cheese ball

Step 3

Cut lunchmeat into 2-inch square

Step 4

Place cream cheese ball on top of meat square and wrap by sticking meat to the cream Cheese.

Step 5

Chill covered at least one half hour before serving.
