  • 1 pound green beans

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 pound Mushrooms, thinly sliced - Button, Cremini and/or Portabella

  • 1 onion, diced

  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • ½ cup milk

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ cup FRENCH’S® Original French Fried Onions, or more, to taste
