Grilled Corn on the Cob

About the Recipe

This method produces a perfectly buttered and seasoned corn on the cob. Guest will enjoy hot off the grill - no need to butter and salt before eating. Plus, this method steams the corn, so no flavors are lost. Delicious!


8 Ears, Fresh Corn on the Cob, Shucked

8 oz., (or more!) Butter



Juice of 1 Lemon, optional


  1. Cream the butter with a fork in a bowl.

  2. Stir in the pepper, salt, and lemon juice until smooth. The lemon juice will take a few minutes of stirring to mix well – just keep stirring!

  3. Generously rub seasoned butter into each ear of shucked corn.

  4. Wrap Tightly with foil. A heavier foil is best to avoid scorching the corn.

  5. Roast on grill, turning occassionally, about 15-18 minutes.

  6. Serve immediately.
